Processing Time
- All orders are hand-crafted and carefully packaged, so please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
- Custom orders allow for 2-3 weeks to create ,then allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping
Shipping Methods & Costs
- We ship via Australia Post, with options for standard and express delivery.
- Standard Shipping (AU): AUD $12 – 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping (AU): AUD $15 – 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: AUD $30 flat rate
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, and internationally to most countries.
- Some remote or restricted areas may have longer delivery times or additional shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Every order is carefully packaged, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we are not responsible for items lost in transit; however, we will provide the tracking number and work with the carrier to help locate your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

- All items are shipped in protective packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and in pristine condition.
