Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are hand-crafted and carefully packaged, so please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
  • Custom orders allow for 2-3 weeks to create ,then allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping

Shipping to the United States:

Due to the current US import tariffs/duties, there is addition charges on US orders.

Your orders addition costs will be calculated after your order is placed and an invoice will be sent to you after you have placed an order.

If you prefer to not go ahead with your order, a full refund is available to you.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship via Australia Post, with options for standard and express delivery.
  • Standard Shipping (AU): AUD $12 – 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (AU): AUD $15 – 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: AUD $30 flat rate

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, and internationally to most countries.
  • Some remote or restricted areas may have longer delivery times or additional shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Every order is carefully packaged, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we are not responsible for items lost in transit; however, we will provide the tracking number and work with the carrier to help locate your order. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

  • All items are shipped in protective packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and in pristine condition.
