Do you ship worldwide?

Shipping is worldwide. Please check the legalities for importing goods into your country before you buy jewellery from overseas, as some countries have certain regulations. You are responsible to be informed about any customs taxes, regulations or restrictions to avoid any surprises once the jewellery arrives in your country. International shipping is a flat rate of $30.

Once the parcel is shipped to you, you will receive a tracking number via email and we will no longer be liable for the item.

Returns and repairs policy

We don’t offer returns for change of mind, general wear and tear, improper care, or ordering the wrong size, so please triple-check your size before purchasing.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll assess the item and, if we agree it’s faulty, we’ll either repair or replace it. This process may take up to 12 weeks.

If the piece is not deemed faulty or isn’t returned in its original condition and packaging, we reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be sent back in their original state and packaging.

Can I wear Made By Billie jewellery in the water?

Yes! All Made By Billie jewellery is solid sterling silver or gold so you can wear it in the water—showering, washing your hands or swimming in the ocean won’t harm it. But be mindful, harsh chemicals like chlorine (in pools or cleaning products) can cause silver to tarnish or turn black, so it's best to take your pieces off before swimming or cleaning.

Cleaning sterling silver

Sterling silver can naturally oxidise over time or react to your skin’s pH, oils, or even lotions. This might cause the silver to darken or, in some cases, turn your skin slightly green. This isn’t a sign of poor quality; all of our pieces are solid sterling silver, and these reactions are completely normal and reversible.

If your jewellery needs a refresh, you can clean it at home with mild soap and warm water, with a toothbrush to give it a good scrub. Avoid harsh cloths, paper towels, or anything abrasive—they can scratch the surface.

A silver polishing cloth is great option too. They’re affordable, easy to use, and available online or at most jewellery stores.
